The Parties mutually agree that the terms and conditions of this Pole Attachment Agreement, hereinafter “Agreement and applicable law shall govern the Parties' non-exclusive use of such poles owned by each Party and located in the State of Utah as each may, upon application, permit the other to use. Both parties to the Agreement may be referred to as “Pole Owner,” “Licensee,” “Party” or “Parties.”
