This AGREEMENT is made and entered into by Gulf South Real Estate Network, Inc. (“GSREIN”), with offices at 3645 N. 1-10 Service Road W., Metairie, LA, 70002; the real estate brokerage firm identified as “Firm” on the signature page below (“Firm”); and the individual or business association identified as “Consultant” on the signature page below, if any (“Consultant”). This Agreement describes certain rights and obligations of the “Salesperson Party,” which refers collectively to the Salespersons affiliated with Firm to whom Firm has permitted Consultant to provide services under this Agreement.
