THIS AGREEMENT is a Charter School Contract, authorized pursuant to Louisiana Revised Statutes, Title 17, Chapter 42, and executed by and between the East Baton Rouge Parish School Board (“BOARD”) and BBR Schools, Inc. (“Charter Operator”) effective this, the 1st day of July, 2025 for the operation of BASIS Baton Rouge – Mid City Campus (“Charter School”). The BOARD and Charter Operator are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and together as the “Parties.”
