Extension Agreement:Extension Agreement • October 22nd, 2020
Indian Institute of Technology Madras, India (“IITM”) and National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan (“NCTU”) confirm that the “Renewal of Memorandum of Understanding” (which was originally signed on 25 Mar. 2010) has been extended. This Extension Agreement will take effect from the date of the last signature and will remain valid for a period of five (5) years. Either establishment may terminate the agreement by giving written notice of six (6) months. In the case of termination, any ongoing program shall be completed as previously decided and neither IITM nor NCTU will be responsible for any losses, financial or otherwise, which the other may suffer or subject to any redress. This Agreement may be modified in writing and signed by the two parties.
