These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding contract between you (“you” or “your”) and East Bay Paratransit (“EBP,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) and the Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District (“AC Transit”) and the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District (“BART”), that governs your use of the EBP Paratransit Payment App (the "App"), also referred to herein as the “Service.” BY ACCESSING OR USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
