THIS SMALL WORKS ROSTER CONTRACT (“Contract”) is entered into between the City of Bainbridge Island, a Washington State municipal corporation (“City”), and Empire Well Drilling, LLC, a Washington State limited liability company (“Contractor”). In consideration of the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract, the City and the Contractor (the “Parties”) agree as follows:
