These Commercial Use Terms of Service (these “Terms”), including any Order Form(s), the Launchpad Addendum (as applicable), and all referenced policies, pages, and other agreements incorporated herein by reference (collectively, the “Agreement”) form a legal agreement between Polygon.io, Inc. (“Polygon”) and the person or entity on whose behalf a Polygon account is created (“Customer”) and governs Customer’s access to and use of the Services (as defined below).
