This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is entered into on December 4, 2015, between the City Administrative Officer, as authorized management representative of the City Council, and the authorized management representatives of the Departments of Recreation and Parks, Cultural Affairs, and Zoo (hereinafter referred to as "Management"), and authorized representatives of the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, Local 741, AFL-CIO (hereinafter referred to as "Union") as the exclusive recognized employee organization for the Recreation Assistant Unit.
