THIS AGREEMENT entered into the 11st day of June, 2012, between the Charter Township of Clinton, a Michigan Municipal Corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “Township,” and the Police Officers Association of Michigan, hereinafter referred to as the Association or Union, as exclusive bargaining agent for the Local Association of Clinton Township Police Officers, effective April 1, 2011 to March 31, 2016.
