This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of September 17, 2014 (the “Effective Date”), between Hypercube Telecom, LLC (“Hypercube”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, with offices at 3200 West Pleasant Run Road, Suite 300, Lancaster, TX 75146 and Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York with offices at 125 High Street - Oliver Tower, 7th Floor, Boston, MA 02110 (Verizon and Hypercube may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
