THIS MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) entered into this 1st day of April, 2025, between the DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION hereafter referred to as DEPARTMENT and LEE COUNTY. The Office of Strategic Resources and Government Affairs (SRGA), hereafter to be known as the LEAD AGENCY will be administering the grant funds and will outline the parties' terms of implementation, responsibilities and requirements for the Constitution Circle and Hagie Drive Bridge Replacement.
