Settlor desires to establish an irrevocable trust of the assets described in the attached Schedule “A” (attached hereto and made a part hereof); these assets, any other assets that may be added to this trust, and the investments, reinvestments and proceeds thereof are hereinafter called the “Trust Estate”.
