This Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the day of February , 2020 (“Effective Date”), by and between the Winnetka Park District, an Illinois park district, Cook County, Illinois (“Park District”), and the Village of Winnetka, a home rule municipal corporation (“Village”). The Park District and the Village are sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” In consideration of the foregoing and the mutual promises contained in this Agreement, the Park District and the Village agree to the terms of this Agreement.
