This is a Booking Agreement Template. It can be used to give you legal protection if you are hired to perform at an event. In this Agreement, you are referred to as “the Artist” and the person/company organizing the show where you will perform (“the Event”) is referred to as “the Promoter”. The Agreement records the terms of your performance: venue, date, time, length, performance fee and deposit, technical and hospitality requests, security, cancellation policies and other details. Once the Agreement is signed by (or agree to via email or text) the Artist and the Promoter, it is legally binding.
