This document sets out an agreement under which Medartis Limited agrees to loan and consign certain Products and sets of Products to the Customer and the Customer agrees to take on loan and consignment these Products and/or sets, as detailed below. The Products are loaned under this Agreement, where the Products are intended to be reusable, such as instruments. The Products are consigned under this Agreement, where the Products are intended to be consumable or implanted, such as twist drills, plates, and screws. The Customer shall indemnify Medartis against any loss or damage occurring in relation to the Products and sets of Products being loaned and consigned.
