THIS OPERATING AGREEMENT (Agreement) is effective this day of January, 2017, by and among Crested Butte AirPark, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, and Member Buckhorn Ranch Association, Inc., a Colorado nonprofit corporation, (hereinafter Member). The Member and the Company may collectively be referred to as the parties.
