This Dual Enrollment Articulation Agreement, hereinafter referred to as (“Agreement”), between an eligible home education student, hereinafter referred to as (“Student”), the student’s parent or legal guardian, hereinafter referred to as (“Parent”), and The University of North Florida Board of Trustees, hereinafter referred to as (the “University”), pursuant to section (s.)1007.271(13)(b), Florida Statutes (F.S.), allows the Student to participate in the Dual Enrollment program.
