This is a legal agreement (“Agreement”) between You and McAfee Enterprise (defined in Section 12 below) (or “We” or “Us” or “Our”) stating the terms and conditions that govern Your access to and use of the Mcafee Enterprise Remote Cloud Product evaluation. Collectively, McAfee Enterprise and You shall be referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
