This Medical Informatics Data Sharing Agreement (the “Agreement”) effective as of the ___ day of August, 2010 (the “Effective Date”) is entered into by and among the University of Kansas Hospital Authority (“KUH”), a body politic and corporate and an independent instrumentality of the State of Kansas, established by the University of Kansas Hospital Authority Act (the “Act”), the University of Kansas (“University”), an agency of the State of Kansas, on behalf of the University of Kansas Medical Center and its Kansas City School of Medicine and Schools of Nursing and Allied Health (together, “KUMC”), and Kansas University Physicians, Inc., a Kansas not-for-profit corporation (“UKP”).
