The City of Breezy Point and Sadusky Renovations, Inc. have in place an independent contractor agreement since 2018. Scott Sadusky has been the City’s Building Inspector since 2006. The agreement covers all aspects of the working relationship between the City and the contractor including work to be completed, insurances required, and compensation.
