In order to access the Trust Online system for claims filing, the WRG Asbestos PI Trust requires that all users logging into Trust Online use a Two-Factor Authentication (TFA) token in addition to a username and password. The email provided in the Law Firm section of the signature page of this E-filer Agreement will be used as the default email for receiving the TFA token. This Electronic Filer Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and among the Delaware Claims Processing Facility (the “Facility”), with offices at 1007 North Orange Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19801-3023, the WRG Asbestos PI Trust (“WRG Trust”), and the law firm of
