St. Louis Cardinals, LLC (the “Cardinals”) is committed to the health and wellbeing of all visitors, employees, and vendors in and around Busch Stadium (collectively, the “Facility”) during the special event noted above and related activities (collectively, the “Event”). As an inducement for and in group consideration of the Cardinals’ willingness and agreement to host the Group and hold the Event at the Facility and permit the event participant named below to enter the Stadium and take part in Event, the undersigned, on his or her own behalf or on behalf of his or her child, if applicable, hereby agrees as follows:
