This Data Protection Agreement and any applicable appendices or attachments (collectively “DPA”) is between Impact Tech, Inc. (“IMPACT”) and “COMPANY” (the individual or entity entering into this DPA with IMPACT). IMPACT or an “IMPACT Group Member” (defined below) and COMPANY are parties to a master agreement for the performance of software-as-a-service and/or other services (such as the Master Subscription and Services Agreement, Media Partner User Agreement, or other master agreement, referred to herein as “Master Agreement”). Capitalized terms used but not defined in this DPA shall have the meaning set forth in the Master Agreement.
