This Operating Agreement for a Cannabis Business (hereinafter “Agreement”), dated March 17, 2020 (“Effective Date”), is entered into by and between the City of Woodland (the “City”), a California municipal corporation, and Epic Pros Enterprises, Inc. a cannabis distribution facility (“Cannabis Business”). The City and Cannabis Business may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
