This Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) is entered into on this day of 2020, by and between Hem Finlease Private Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, having its registered office at 203, Jaipur Tower, M.I. Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan- 302001 (hereinafter referred to as “the broker”, which expression shall, unless repugnant to the meaning or context thereof, be deemed to mean and include its successors and assigns) of the One Part;
