Please find enclosed the original and ten (10) copies of the Interconnection Agreement Between AllTel Kentucky, Inc. and AT&T Communications of the South Central States, LLC (“Agreement”) filed on behalf of AT&T Communications of the South Central States, LLC (“AT&T”) and AllTel Kentucky, Inc. (“AllTel”). The Agreement reflects the voluntary negotiations between AT&T and AllTel, pursuant to § 252(a) of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (“Act”), and is being submitted to the Kentucky Public Service Commission (“KPSC”) pursuant to § 252(e) of the Act.
