THIS LEASE, dated by and between THE CITY OF MINNEAPOLIS, acting by and through its Park and Recreation Board, a body corporate and politic (“Landlord”), and Pillsbury United Communities/Waite House, a Minnesota nonprofit corporation, (“Tenant”). This Lease shall replace any previous leases between the parties for the Premises.
