THIS SERVICES AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Brunswick County, a body politic and corporate of the State of North Carolina, (hereinafter referred to as “County”), party of the first part, and The Healing Place of New Hanover County, Inc., a North Carolina non-profit corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”), party of the second part.
