This Executive Severance Agreement (“Agreement”), including the attached Exhibit “A,” which is incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part of this Agreement, is entered into between U.S. Concrete, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Paul M. Jolas (“Executive”) effective as of August 1, 2013 (the “Effective Date”).
