SETTLEMENT AGREEMENTSettlement Agreement • November 19th, 2018
This Settlement Agreement is entered into this 19th day of November, 2018, by and among Liberty Utilities (Granite State Electric) Corp. d/b/a Liberty Utilities (“Liberty” or “Company”), the City of Lebanon (“Lebanon”), the New Hampshire Sustainable Energy Association (“NHSEA”), the Conservation Law Foundation (“CLF”), the Acadia Center (“Acadia”), the Office of the Consumer Advocate (“OCA”), and the Staff of the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission (“Staff”) (collectively, the “Settling Parties”), and is intended to resolve all outstanding issues in the above-captioned docket by setting forth terms and conditions under which Liberty may conduct a pilot program in which it will buy and install batteries on the premises of certain customers while applying experimental Time-of-Use (“TOU”) rates to those customers.
