This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") is formed between ConvertKit, Inc. ("ConvertKit") and Matthias Frank ("Customer") and is effective on the date both parties sign the DPA ("Effective Date"). This DPA is part of ConvertKit's Terms of Service Agreement ("TOS") and is incorporated by reference herein.
