This Intergovernmental Agreement (“Agreement”) dated , 2015 (“Effective Date”), is made by and between Multnomah County (“County”), a political subdivision of the State of Oregon, and the Portland Development Commission (“PDC”), in its capacity as an urban renewal agency acting under ORS Chapter 457 and Chapter 15 of the City of Portland Charter.
