These legal terms and conditions apply to any Customer with an Account or Service taken up from Aloha (or one of the Aloha branded entities) unless that Service is Carrier, Wholesale, Specialist or similar in which case certain rules apply (see 2.1 and 2.3 within this agreement as to when the agreement applies and where it does not).
