This CONSORTIUM AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the Effective Date (as defined below) between JERUSALEM UNIVERSITY COLLEGE (“JUC”) and (the “Home Institution”). JUC and the Home Institution are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
