This Settlement Agreement and Releases (“Settlement” or “Agreement”),1 dated as of December , 2021, is entered into by Plaintiffs Sharon T. Glass, Leric Perryman, and Joyce Perryman, individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class, and Defendant Delta Community Credit Union. The Parties hereby agree to the following terms in full settlement of the action entitled Sharon T. Glass, et al. v. Delta Community Credit Union, No. 2019CV317322, subject to Final Approval, as defined below, by the Fulton County Superior Court for the State of Georgia.
