Federal Highway, Suite 1000, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308; hereinafter referred to as "Contractor," and the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, through its Sheriff-Coroner Department with a place of business at 320 N. Flower Street, 2nd Floor, Santa Ana, CA 92703, hereinafter referred to as "County," which may be referred individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.”
