These Consumer Account Agreements (“Consumer Agreements”) cover your and our rights and responsibilities concerning consumer Accounts the Credit Union offers. In these Consumer Agreements, the words you and yours mean anyone who signs an Application. The words we, us, our, CCU, Credit Union mean Capital Credit Union. The word account means any one or more consumer share or other consumer account(s) you have with the Credit Union.
