This is the agreement for Verus Bank of Commerce Business Online Banking Services (the “Agreement”) and it includes certain disclosures for electronic transfers and transactions. This Agreement, along with any Addendums attached hereto, is in addition to other agreements between Verus Bank of Commerce and you, including but not limited to, your checking, savings, and other deposit account agreements, your credit card agreements, your overdraft protection, loan and line of credit agreements as each may be modified from time to time. If there is a conflict between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and one contained in the other agreements between you and us, this Agreement will control.
