THIS CONTRACT is made on the 7 May 2013 by the Disposal Services Authority. Between the SECRETARY OF STATE FOR DEFENCE of her Britannic Majesty's Government of Great Britain and Northern Ireland of Whitehall, London, as represented by the Disposal Services Authority of the Defence Equipment and Support organisation of the Ministry of Defence, at Building H9, H Site, Ploughley Road, Arncott, Bicester OXON OX25 1NY (hereinafter called "the Authority”) AND Azcom Ltd, 105 Chandlers Way, Temple Farm Industrial Estate, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS2 5SE (hereinafter Called “the Contractor”).
