Terms and Conditions for NissanConnect/InfinitiConnect Services Effective as of [ 01/11/2022] Introduction As used in this agreement („Agreement“), the terms „you“, „your“ and „Subscriber“ shall be deemed to refer to yourself, an individual, representing yourself or, if applicable, acting as a legal representative for a company or other legal entity having purchased or leased a Nissan/Infiniti vehicle equipped with the NissanConnect/InfinitiConnect services („Vehicle“).
