This Contract is made upon the signing of the parties by and between the City of Cocoa Beach, Florida, hereinafter referred to as the City, and the Insituform Technologies, LLC authorized to do business in the State of Florida, and hereinafter referred to as the Contractor. In consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, the City and the Contractor agree that the Contractor will perform the work specifically set forth in Exhibit A, Scope of Work, of this Contract, attached hereto and by reference, made part hereof.
