THIS AGREEMENT, by and between the COUNTY OF OTTAWA and the SHERIFF OF OTTAWA COUNTY, (for purposes of convenience sometimes hereinafter called the “Employer”), and the POLICE OFFICERS LABOR COUNCIL (for purposes of convenience sometimes hereinafter called the “UNION”), shall take effect January 1, 2018, for employees in the classification of Detective or Road Patrol Deputy. The Employer and the UNION agree as follows:
