This Fire Department Consolidation Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of October 2019 (the “Effective Date”), by and among the Town of Wake Forest, a North Carolina municipal corporation (the “Town”) and the Wake Forest Fire Department, Inc., a North Carolina non-profit corporation (the “Fire Department”).
