Subject to the approval of the Court and pursuant to all applicable rules of civil procedure, this Class Action Settlement Agreement, including its exhibits, (collectively the “Settlement Agreement” or “Agreement”) is entered by and between Matthew Williams, individually and on behalf of Participating Settlement Class Members (“Plaintiff”), and Carl Buddig & Company (“Defendant”) (collectively the “Parties”), in the action, Williams v.
