This Membership Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made this day of , 2019 by and between Sigma Chi Zeta Colony (the “Colony”) and (“Member”), for and in consideration of the covenants, agreements and consideration contained in this Agreement. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for the duration of Member’s term at Louisiana State University (“LSU”). Member agrees to update the information above no less than on an annual basis, and more frequently if there is a change to the information above.
