IN CONSIDERATION of a licence fee payable by Licensee to the Toronto Transit Commission ("TTC") in the sum of one hundred and ninety-seven dollars and seventy-five cents ($197.75) inclusive of HST and the covenants below, the TTC hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive licence to occupy designated areas in the subway stations of TTC's subway system, during subway operating hours, on a rotating basis in accordance with the TTC Subway Musicians Performance Stations and Locations, attached as Schedule "A", and TTC Subway Musicians Rules & Regulations, attached as Schedule "B", for the purpose of providing musical entertainment for the period October 8, 20 to October 7, 20 (the "Term").
