By signing this Customer Agreement Form, you acknowledge that you are bound by the terms and conditions printed overleaf from the date of signing up to the Commitment Period End Date (if applicable). In circumstances where you seek to terminate the Agreement after the date of signing hereof but prior to the Commitment Period End Date, you accept that you will be liable to pay an Early Exit Fee. You understand that this offer is subject to a satisfactory credit check by Bord Gáis Energy. If your sale has been processed by an energy broker, the rates included in your Price Plan may include your broker’s commission fee. You hereby confirm that you have authority to enter into this Agreement with Bord Gáis Energy.
