REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of July 24, 2025 (the “Signing Date”), by and between Callan JMB Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), and the undersigned signatory hereto (together with it permitted assigns, the “Buyer”). Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings set forth in the Purchase Agreement, dated the date hereof, by and between the Company and the Buyer (the “Purchase Agreement”).

This REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"), dated as of September 4, 2025, is entered into by and between INTERCONT (CAYMAN) LIMITED, a Cayman Islands corporation (the "Company"), and STREETERVILLE CAPITAL, LLC, a Utah limited liability company (together with its permitted assigns, the “Investor”). Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings set forth in the Securities Purchase Agreement by and between the parties hereto, dated as of the date hereof (as amended, restated, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time, the "Purchase Agreement").
