Please read this CamOn End User License Agreement and Terms of Use (the “Terms”) carefully. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Services and CamOn Content (defined below) and set forth the legally binding terms for your use of the Services and CamOn Content, whether or not you are a CamOn App User or a visitor of the Site. A “CamOn App User” is a person who has downloaded and installed a copy of the CamOn Application on a device.
