(“Covista”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey, with offices at 721 Broad Street, Suite 200, Chattanooga, TN 37402 and Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York with offices at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, MA 02110 (Verizon and Covista may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
